Only issue is tie is thin long ways down.I am pleasantly surprised how ell this shirt fits. Usually, to get a very large neck size I have to get shirts that are way too long in the arm, but these fit well. My only complaint is that i have rectangular cufflinks connected with a chain, and the openings were a bit too tight (I had to do a little shirt surgery to widen them. Other than that, great shirt for a low price
