Very good shirt, especially for the price. It is wrinkle-resistant, not wrinkle-free, so if you want to look sharp and especially if you are wearing it with dress slacks, you should iron it (and it irons out very easily and holds shape w/o wrinkling very well when you do iron it). It wouldn't look horrible if you didn't do so, but..... On the other hand, for casual wear with jeans, the ironing is much less necessary IMO. Although it IS a cotton/poly blend, the cotton quality seems to be much more prominent, and for me this means it's prone to feel a little hot/stuffy in medium to warmer weather - not horrible, but noticeable. Fit is very much as expected, but will note that if you have a bit more of an athletic build, you might consider ordering a size or two above your actual neck size to give more room not only in the neck but more importantly in the shoulders and chest area. E.g., my true neck size is 17", I ordered shirts with the 17.5" neck and they fit fine, but a little more room would be probably better, and if I were ordering again I'd go for the 18" neck. Finally, also in light of the fit issue, I would not recommend putting these through a full or hot cycle in a dryer, either air dry or partially dry in a dryer, the air dry the rest of the way - this will not only ensure less likelihood of shrinkage over time but also extend the 'life' of the shirt.
